Chris Schults, Managing Partner of a cabinetry showroom in Ann Arbor, was trying to solve a familiar problem: leads were coming in, but response times were inconsistent, follow-up depended on who was available, and the only obvious ways to grow were hiring more people or spending more on ads.
Instead, Chris shut off his ads and built an internal system to respond seamlessly using AI calls, texts, and emails. It moved the needle 5-10%. Conversations improved. Opportunities stopped slipping through the cracks.
Once the system proved itself on inbound, curiosity took over. What if it didn't just respond to demand — what if it could help create it?
To answer that question, Chris teamed up with Emil Halili, Jude Telan, and Ben Lorenzo — founders of the largest AI automation community in the Philippines. Together, they began scaling the system and turning it outbound.
AI unlocked speed and reach, but it also exposed a flaw. At scale, pure AI lacked supervision, coaching, and control. Without structure, consistency was at risk.
